PCGA stands for PASAY CITY GAY ALLIANCE was founded last August 17, 2011 together with the late Kagawad Johnny "Jeny" Kabiling, Fermon "Mona" Rementas, Gregorio "Greg" Docot, Christian Ryan "Ryan" Cruz and Romeo "Jhoan" Navarette.

This group was founded for the bisexual, gay, and transgender living in Pasay City from District I and District II.

They've first started their project called Ms PCGA Universe 2011, then followed by PCGA Sportsfest - Astig din Keme Noh! Both were successful and was supported by Pasay City Government Officials.
