Since it is our 3rd year in organizing an event like this, we decided to add a new contest which is Mr PCGA Universe - open for bisexual, gay and straight men in and out of Pasay City.
It is a PAGEANT FOR A CAUSE for the benefits of YOLANDA VICTIMS in Leyte and other areas...It is the event that triggers us to do "BULAGAAN" wherein we allow candidates to join the pageant without attending our Orientations and Pictorials.
This was done last December 6, 2013 (Friday) at Pasay City Sports Complex...
